GETTING STARTED WITH BLUZONE HEALTH: The Intermediate level is ideal if you have some prior experience with in-center rehab. You can stay at this level for as long as you need. We encourage you to follow the weekly program designed by our clinicians. Take your time and feel free to repeat any sessions as needed. Please note that seated yoga is included throughout all 10 weeks of the program. Additionally, mindfulness sessions are featured during weeks 1-5 in the series called "Breaking the Breathlessness Cycle." IMPORTANT NOTE - from the BluZone Team: The plan is that you exercise 4-5 times a week, but if you need to do less and repeat a week, that is completely acceptable. This program is designed for you to progress at a pace that works for you.
