Take advantage of our advanced training techniques, and remember, you can stay at this level as long as you feel it's beneficial. Repeat sessions as needed to ensure you're getting the most out of your rehab journey. IMPORTANT NOTE - from the BluZone Team: The plan is that you exercise 4-5 times a week, but if you need to do less and repeat a week, that is completely acceptable. This program is designed for you to progress at a pace that works for you.
